These ideas should have global appeal, building on the success of our established brands. Research and use your knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the premium Entertainment genre in both the UK and international market, and your understanding of commissioner needs to help inform development strategy. Be passionate about talent, and finding vehicles for both established and emerging names. Contribute to the brainstorming of formats and creative problem-solving, ensuring the label’s output always feels distinctive and memorable. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: A strong communicator and team player with a demonstrable and genuine passion for TV Proven experience of working on the development of green-lit original formats at Assistant Producer level in the Entertainment space, specifically innovative Fact Ent ideas, for linear television and streamers. Experience of working with talent and shaping ideas around personalities An understanding of the current UK and international programming landscape and the ability to identify both gaps in the market and potential new global trends.
