JOB SUMMARY

Most of the time you will be assisting in editing from home but at times you will be expected to be on site assisting with the capturing and editing studio-quality photographs and video. You will also assist in managing and overseeing the technical aspects of capturing our content and editing it to the specifications provided by management or Social Media team. You will regularly collaborate with the marketing team, understanding their requirements and using the information to assist in the organisation of the Videographer and Video Editors. You will also be expected to assist in the development of the overall brand message.

You will be helping to create banners, adverts, album covers and assisting with the creation of graphics for our own content and in collaboration with our external partners.

You will be expected to follow the company brand guidelines and policy,
You will be learning how to create tailored marketing campaigns for brands. Learning about the mechanics behind social media and how the algorithms can be used to create business opportunities.

SKILLS NEEDED
We are looking for somebody who is confident in design or has a strong understanding of the basics and is willing to learn.
You will have an understanding of social media and how to navigate various platforms including posting content and creating captions.
No professional training or qualifications necessary as we will provide full training.
Having an understanding of animation or 3D modelling is an advantage as well as your own laptop and smartphone.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with a high standard of both written and spoken English. Confident user of general MS Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook. A good mathematical mind and an ability to problem-solve.

WORKING HOURS
Employees will work 5 hours a day with shifts rotating weekly. Shifts will either be 12pm - 5pm or 5pm -10pm. We are looking for somebody that is flexible

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT

The e-course will cover goal setting, workplace behaviour and culture, creating a personal budget, challenges, opportunities and managing expectations in the new economy, understanding the job search process, exploring career options, social media and developing a personal brand, developing and tailoring a CV, writing a cover letter, writing a personal statement and interview skills. Our Kickstarters will also have access to downloadable templates, crib sheets, external resources and more.

This will be reinforced by training, support and mentorship provided by Jayde (Lead Graphic Designer at Sky), Sade, (Trained Mental Health Professional) Sue (Child and Vulnerable person Safeguarding professional) and Tariq & Gordon the owners of the company.

Two weeks of initial training will be provided and constant on the job support will be available.
