The HR Advisor will also guide project work such as UK People initiatives as well as Organisation Development and Transformation projects through supporting the companies HR Business Partners in their mission to attract, engage and retain key talent consistent with that of an ‘employer of choice’.To proactively manage long term or repetitive absence including OHP referrals and GIP cases in conjunction with our Benefits team. To contribute to the completion of regular & customised management information on a timely basis, interpreting trends & findings, summarising and completing various reporting requirements.To actively support the Senior People Experience Partner and the business in driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda within the businessTo actively maintain UK and where needed international legislative knowledge.To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required at the request.**Organisation Design & Development - identifying and implementing beneficial changes to the organisation in line with future requirements whether structural or cultural.**To support the People Experience Partner with organisational change programmes including restructuring, redundancy consultation.**Learning & Talent Development - maximising existing talent through actively managing performance and development of skills, experience, knowledge, and behaviour.** Degree educated, CIPD Accredited or equivalent work experience preferable Be courageous, curious and a decisive thinker who makes decisions based on sound commercial and legal knowledge Be a skilled influencer who is driven to deliver with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver on time Previous HR experience within a fast-paced matrixed organisation preferableStrong experience of regulatory frameworks in the UK Excellent communications and letter writing skills Good listening & consultative skills Ability to work with and challenge members of management and sometimes leadership.
