This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, driven by targets, and keen to build a career in sales. You'll be selling a mix of property opportunities, mostly buy-to-let, with leads provided. The job is all about building trust quickly, understanding what investors are looking for, and offering the right solutions. There's a clear structure and training in place, so if you're coachable and motivated, you'll do well. What You'll Be Doing Speaking to warm leads (phone and WhatsApp) Qualifying investors and matching them to suitable property deals Booking calls and meetings for senior consultants Using CRM to track and manage your pipeline Following up consistently and keeping deals moving Learning about property investment and how to sell it well What They're Looking For Someone confident on the phone who enjoys selling A self‑starter motivated by commission Clear communicator who can build rapport quickly Willing to learn and take feedback Experience in telesales or phone-based sales is a plus, but not essential Perks & Progression Uncapped commission structure Daily training and support Clear path to Account Manager roles Fast‑moving team where results are rewarded Office-based with some flexibility Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Reel Recruit by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
