A lovely primary school in Wembley is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. The successful candidate will support children with additional needs who require targeted help with speech, language and communication.

About the Role:
This role involves supporting pupils with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), helping them to develop confidence and access learning. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, working closely with class teachers and other professionals.

Requirements for the Successful Candidate:
• Experience supporting children with additional needs, particularly speech, language and communication
• Patient, nurturing and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team
