Monitor and evaluate compliance frameworks and policies. Prepare detailed reports on compliance and risk assurance findings. Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related concerns. Advise on the development of strategies to mitigate compliance risks. Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations. Support audits and reviews related to risk and compliance activities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and their potential impact. The Successful Applicant A successful Compliance and Risk Assurance professional should have: Strong knowledge of risk and compliance within banking Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and requirements. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
