Founding Account Executive Salary: £50k-£70k + Equity Company Description: Well-funded AI SaaS platform Job Description: We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to establish our initial sales motion, securing the first 10-25 development partners. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle, building the sales playbook from the ground up, and directly influencing product strategy through customer insights, all within a rapidly evolving AI SaaS environment. You will work closely with founders to drive early revenue and product-market fit. Location: London, UK Why this role is remarkable: Build the entire sales motion and GTM strategy from the ground up, making a monumental impact. Join a well-funded, early-stage AI SaaS platform backed by top-tier VCs. Directly influence product development and go-to-market strategy by securing foundational customers. What you will do: Own the full sales cycle for 3-50 person teams, from prospecting to close. Design and implement the initial sales playbook, discovering what resonates with early customers. Collaborate daily with founders, translating customer feedback into product and strategy. The ideal candidate: 5-8 years of senior sales experience with a track record of closing deals without brand backing. Thrives in pre-product-market-fit environments, building GTM playbooks from scratch. London-based, currently available, and an AI-first practitioner (using AI to 3x productivity).
