Service Advisor – Lookers Motor Group Limited Location: West London, Jaguar Land Rover Contract: Permanent, 42.5 hours per week (including Saturday mornings on rota) Salary: Up to £30k including OTE We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales department of Jaguar Land Rover West London. The role offers an attractive salary, the chance to develop your career with a premium brand, and ongoing training. Responsibilities Book MOTs, services, and repair work for customers. Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories. Liaise with the Aftersales team to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volume. Manage a high volume of customers daily, handling telephone calls and online booking queries. Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain effective communication throughout the workshop stay. Maintain accurate customer records and update systems when bookings are made. Requirements Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly. Previous automotive industry experience or passion for customer service and cars. Experience with Kerridge (ADP) preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High energy and warm personality for delivering first‑class customer experiences.
