Base pay range Royal Greenwich Commissioning are looking for a Team support officer to provide administrative support to the Self-Directed Support Team. At Royal Borough of Greenwich Adult Health and Social Care services, we have developed a new long-term vision with the help of residents and partner organisations, which will build on all our strengths to support health, wellbeing and independence. Our aim is to ensure that individuals and teams are skilled, enabled and empowered to do the right thing for residents, making them feel valued and proud to work in their role. Among other duties, the right candidate will support both teams with record keeping, scanning incoming post and maintaining documents, ensuring they are uploaded to the right databases. Deal with mail, calls and emails to the team requiring an administrative response including invoicing and billing queries. Co‑ordinate office rotas and duty rotas for the teams; manage diaries for home visits and make travel arrangements to maximise efficiency, as well as undertake a range of financial administrative duties. The right person will work closely with both Team Leaders for Self‑Directed Support (Finance & Systems and Advice & Recruitment), to arrange meetings, book rooms, liaise with stakeholders, circulate agendas and minutes, and to undertake any other work appropriate to the level and general nature of this post’s duties. Join our committed and dynamic team and embark on a rewarding journey of empowering local residents. If you are ready to lead with impact, innovation, a strength‑based approach and be one of the driving forces behind transformative change, apply today. This is a hybrid position – a combination of a few days in the office during the week, and a few days of remote work. Working pattern to be agreed.
