Location: Dagenham RM9 6RH Salary: £36,860.39 per annum (overtime & bonus opportunities) Joining bonus: £1,000 if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence Hours: 48‑hour week (4 days on, 3 days off), paid lunch breaks What You’ll Do as a Team Support Officer As a key member of our Branch Management Team you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Dagenham Branch. You’ll support everything from staffing and security to vehicle management and customer liaison, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operations every day. Your impact will include Supporting frontline operations and Cash‑In‑Transit (CIT) duties Managing stock, equipment, PPE and vehicle logistics Ensuring compliance with health & safety and audit standards Assisting with HR tasks, training and performance tracking Producing reports and analysing branch performance data Deputising for the Team Leader when required Championing our core values: Accountability, Innovation and Collaboration What You Bring A full UK manual driving licence Valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable; if you already hold one you’ll receive a £1,000 bonus after completing the probationary period. If not you can obtain it through our fully funded training programme.
