A development plan will support individuals in filling knowledge gaps.Main duties of the job· Utilise the NHSE Trainee Information System (TIS) to validate allocation of Resident Doctors into Trust training placements.· Maintain the Trust allocations spreadsheets and undertake review of staffing baselines, liaising with the Divisions and advising on vacancies and back fill opportunities.· Use expertise and knowledge to suggest solutions to workforce issues and advise managers on best practice.Undertake recruitment and onboarding of medical and dental staff at all grades and ensure that timely pre-employment and right to work checks are undertaken in line with NHS employment check standards to the level required for all medical staff.Support the Trust in discharging required procedures for Resident Doctor Exception Reporting.Working for our organisationOur staff enjoy a range of benefits including on-site parking, local discounts, on-site Café and Amazon lockers.
