Responsibilities This role will play a key part in fundraising at KTI, managing a small portfolio of philanthropy and corporate donors and supporting the fundraising of the wider team. Key duties include: Stewarding and cultivating a personal portfolio of prospects and funders, ensuring sustainable engagement. Reporting on fundraising activity and maintaining accurate records. Supporting event planning and execution, providing logistical and communication assistance. Collaborating with philanthropy and corporate teams to develop new networking and corporate engagement products. Contributing to the 1‑million‑young‑people campaign by stewarding new campaign donors and prospecting across senior leadership. Qualifications Resilient, enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong understanding of challenges facing young people. Experience in fundraising and income generation, with a proven track record of influencing and securing sustainable results. Strong, persuasive communication skills – oral and written – coupled with excellent planning and organizational abilities. Proficient with MS Office and remote/digital work tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project planning tools). Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and senior stakeholders.
