Responsibilities Answering incoming calls Arranging deliveries Processing bookings on system Quoting Monitoring progress of work, updating customers Checking invoices Upselling services where possible General administration as required. Ideal Candidate Previous experience arranging overnight deliveries Good communication skills, verbal & written Strong customer service skills Excellent telephone manner Good organisational skills.
