We are seeking to appoint a Pathway Coordinator within the Integrated Medicine at Central Middlesex Hospital. The postholder will work within the Jeffery Kelson Centre and will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the clinical team, with a key emphasis on patient pathway tracking and validation to achieve RTT standards. The role involves working closely with the service team and receiving support and training as required to fulfil the responsibilities, which include: Tracking every patient pathway to ensure diagnosis and treatment proceeds as quickly as possible, meeting relevant RTT standards. Maintaining an up‑to‑date record of patient tracking and escalations in the Trust database. Supporting the Service Management team to ensure all administrative processes are delivered, including data and evidence collection for national audits. Providing general administrative support to the clinical teams.
