Area - Sheffield £55,000 basic (ability to increase this to £85,000) Annual bonus Company car/car allowance options 25 days annual leave Birthday off What You’ll Be Doing Managing and growing accounts within your region, focusing on passenger vehicles and motorbikes. Retaining existing accounts while actively prospecting and securing new clients. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored finance solutions. Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. What You’ll Need to Bring Proven track record in sales, consistently hitting monthly and quarterly targets. Strong ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers. Experience in a B2C or B2B environment with a customer-focused approach. Self-motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks. Knowledge of the automotive sector and FCA regulations is highly desirable.
