Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses. Problem Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve customer issues or complaints, ensuring each customer leaves with a positive experience. Product Expertise: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to support customers with their needs. Order Support: Assist with processing orders, tracking statuses, and managing returns or exchanges. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to find solutions and improve the overall customer experience. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback to help identify opportunities for service improvements and elevate issues when necessary. Retention Efforts: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive support and engagement. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus. Experience: Previous customer service experience or similar roles is beneficial. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Patience and professionalism in handling challenging situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
