Robert Luff & co Estate Agents are a market leading Independently owned Sales and Lettings Agency, due to internaL promotion the Lettings business has created an opportunity for new team member a trainee Lettings Negotiator position to join our busy lettings team in Worthing.

**Role & Responsibilities**

This is a front-line role for our business where you will initially be dealing with lettings enquiries, applicant / landlord registrations, viewings and canvassing for new business. You will also be handling Landlords and Tenants on daily basis and helping them liaise with the rest of the team to deliver the best customer service possible. You will be responsible for:

- Undertaking viewings, dealing with online enquiries and qualification,
- Managing new and existing client contact and expectations.
- Personally managing canvassing campaigns and leaflet drops.
- Achieving letting targets and goals
- As you will be conducting viewings and must have both a full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Helping our clients’ landlords and tenants with all aspects of their needs.

**Business Hours**

Monday to Friday - 0830 to 1800. Saturdays 0900 to 16:00 (alternates). You will work every other Saturday and will generally take a day off in the week based on our business needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Full UK driving licence.
- You must have use of your own vehicle.
- You must be educated to at least GCSE level
- You must be very IT capable
- Some sales experience is desirable but not essential
- Good listener who enjoys helping others and is a complete team player.
- You will be motivated to take on new roles and responsibilities
- You will pay attention to detail within a busy office environment, be very organised and prioritise all of your tasks.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
