EHC Case Coordinator (0-25 SEND)We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Education, Health and Care plan case Coordinator (EHC) to join our team supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across the 0-25 age range.This role is ideal for individuals with strong case management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of statutory SEND processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessments for children and young people aged 0-25.Manage a defined caseload of children and young people with EHC Plans, ensuring their needs are met within their educational provision.Lead and complete the statutory annual review process for EHC Plans.Prepare accurate and professional written briefs and provide oral representation to EHC Panels and other relevant forums.Maintain and update all case records in line with GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and London Borough of Barking & Dagenham data policies.Attend regular supervision sessions to ensure case progression aligns with decisions made at Local Authority Panels.What We're Looking ForStrong understanding of EHC Needs Assessment processes and statutory SEND frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage a complex caseload and work collaboratively with families, professionals, and educational settings.High level of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism in record-keeping.Benefits of working with Tripod Partners£350 refer a friend bonus£500 loyalty bonus for continued service£50 bonus for registering£150 find your own job bonusFree DBS and compliance service including paid for Mandatory TrainingExcellent compliance processes and department making it a smooth and enjoyable processYour own dedicated consultant with extensive experience within the healthcare sectorDaily payroll and in-house payroll system #J-18808-Ljbffr
