Academy Administrator Location: Reaside Academy, Tresco Close, Frankley, B45 0HY (Birmingham, England). Position type: Part‑time, Term Time Only (32.50 hours per week, 8:30–15:30). Salary: £26,402.69–£28,141.26 Pro‑Rata (GLP Grade 3). About the role Join Reaside Academy, a student‑focused e‑learning partner. The Academy Administrator supports the Senior Academy Administrator and ensures the smooth running of the service. The primary duties include acting as the main point of contact for parents, pupils and clients via email, phone or in person, and performing a range of administrative tasks. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries from prospective parents, pupils and clients. Perform administrative duties and responsibilities to support the smooth running of the department. Maintain accurate records and manage information using IT systems. Coordinate with the Senior Academy Administrator and work alongside a network of administrators across the Greenheart Partnership. Qualifications & experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Significant administrative skills with strong planning, organisation and prioritisation. Experience using IT systems. Team player with commitment to delivering an excellent experience to pupils and the Reaside team. Additional requirements Enhanced DBS check, pre‑medical check, evidence of qualifications and right to work in the UK. Fluently spoken and written English (mandatory).
