Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Academies Officer, based in Birmingham. The School Academies Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and development of school academy programs, including coordinating activities, supporting students, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role will involve monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs, ensuring inclusivity and alignment with safeguarding protocols, and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational and extracurricular activities within the academies. Administrative duties and reporting will also form part of the role. Qualifications Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners Experience working in educational or community-based settings, with knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures A proactive approach with problem-solving and team collaboration abilities Ability to deliver and support youth-focused programs and activities A relevant degree or equivalent experience in education, sports management, youth work, or a related field Experience or knowledge of using data to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required A valid driver’s license and access to transportation (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
