About the RoleStour Valley Community School is seeking a skilled and compassionate Inclusion Manager to lead and coordinate high‑quality inclusion and SEMH support across our school. This is a vital role at the heart of our pastoral and safeguarding provision. You will ensure that pupils with additional needs—particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Looked After Children (LAC)—receive tailored, effective support that enables them to access education successfully.You will design and deliver targeted interventions, build positive relationships with vulnerable pupils, and work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to secure the best outcomes.
