OverviewJoin to apply for the Customer Care Representative FTC role at BD Nogales Norte.This is a fixed term contract of 12 months. Salary range information is provided below. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy to support customers and the healthcare community.Main ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a team to complete daily tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).Inbound and outbound calling to help resolve customer queries.Email service to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.Work with the OCAPI system to resolve tasks, ensuring orders are sent at the right time, with the right price and in full.Collaborate with the Service Complaints team to resolve issues.Coordinate with the Customer Master Data Team to ensure all customer account data is complete.Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure free of charge samples are ordered in time.Be assigned a key account(s) to manage and be the first point of contact.Take ownership of learning BD products to better assist customers.About You / QualificationsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.High level of commercial awareness within the UK healthcare and/or retail arena.Excellent communication abilities at all levels.Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and ability to determine solutions for customers.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.High personal accountability and integrity.Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers.Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Salary and LocationSalary range: £26,500 to £27,500 + benefitsPrimary Work Location: GBR Winnersh - Eskdale Road; Additional Locations: GBR CrawleyCompany About BDBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies.
