Sales Enablement Manager Remote First | EMEA Start Date: ASAP This is an opportunity to join a truly global organisation that empowers its people to work in any way that suits their life. In this role, you will sit at the heart of performance across New Logo, Client Growth, and Partnership teams. You won't just support sellers; you'll equip them to communicate value with confidence, clarity, and impact. This is a high-impact position blending strategy, coaching, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. How You Will Make a Difference Design and deliver high-impact enablement plans that support regional growth and align with global strategy. Coach sales talent one to one, helping them master discovery, articulate value clearly, and close with confidence. Lead engaging group training sessions across EMEA (live and virtual) to build consistency in capability. Embed value-based selling methodologies including Challenger, MEDDPICC, and SPIN into everyday sales activity. Work closely with Sales Leaders to identify capability gaps, define core competencies, and drive continuous development. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to maintain aligned messaging and consistent customer communication. Measure enablement outcomes using data around win rates, deal velocity, productivity, and adoption. Accelerate onboarding and certification programmes, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and effectively. What You Bring Proven experience in sales enablement with a track record of working closely with B2B sales teams. Hands‑on knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and experience embedding them across diverse teams. Strong ability to improve sales performance through targeted coaching and structured enablement programmes. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with an ability to influence and inspire across cultures. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable initiatives. Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Passion for learning, development, and helping others grow.
