If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join one of our outstanding partner schools in Bournemouth.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting Students: Provide tailored one-on-one and small group assistance to students with diverse learning needs.Collaborating with Teachers: Assist in creating and implementing personalized learning plans that help students achieve their full potential.Promoting Inclusion: Encourage a welcoming and inclusive environment where all students feel supported and valued.Tracking Progress: Monitor student achievements, celebrate successes, and identify areas for improvement.Encouraging Independence: Help students develop confidence and self-reliance in their learning journey.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally importantSkills: Excellent communication, patience, and a caring attitude.
