Learning Support Assistant We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants with relevant experience to join our vibrant team in Bournemouth. In this rewarding role, you will collaborate closely with teachers and students to provide personalized support, promote independence, and help each child reach their full potential. If you have a strong background in supporting SEND students, are patient, and committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment, we want to hear from you Role: Learning Support Assistant Location: Bournemouth Working Hours: Full‑time (8:30am – 3:30pm) Pay: £440 - £450 per week Start Date: September 2025 About the School & Role Based in Bournemouth, our Alternative Provision Schools support primary and secondary students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work either 1‑1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
