Join our dynamic team at DP World As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll spearhead our recruitment efforts, ensuring top‑notch hires that drive our organization forward. From initial requisition to hire, you'll provide expert guidance, utilizing active recruiting strategies, cutting‑edge sourcing techniques, and thorough screening processes. Your role extends beyond recruitment; you'll also manage our database, prepare insightful reports, and collaborate with various departments to cultivate talent pipelines for tomorrow's success. Role Split: 70% Talent Acquisition | 30% Local HR Support. This role will be based in Debrecen, Hungary. Responsibilities Cultivate strong relationships with HR, business leaders, hiring managers, and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor in Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR to align recruitment needs with business objectives, crafting tailored recruitment plans and sourcing strategies. Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent to the company. Proactively source candidates through social media campaigns, our Sourcing Strategy, and ATS, utilizing cutting‑edge sourcing channels. Develop sourcing channels for various recruitment needs, including internships, white and blue collars and job fairs, fostering relationships in the labor market. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, and negotiate terms. Guide candidates through the feedback and offer process, ensuring a positive experience and managing hiring manager expectations. Enhance recruitment processes, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and staying informed about market trends. Deliver outstanding candidate and new hire experiences, negotiating employment terms, and providing market intelligence. Support Talent Acquisition projects for Center of Excellence Europe, including ATS enhancements, employer branding, diversity programs, and supplier management. Profile / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent. Extensive white and blue collar recruitment experience in Logistics. Proven track record with recruitment technologies. Relationship‑building expertise. Strong sourcing and negotiation skills, exceptional communication skills, effective problem solver, detail‑oriented, strong collaborator with a results‑oriented mindset. Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Hungarian (mother tongue), fluent in English, additional European languages are a bonus.
