Warehouse Operations Management Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular checks and audits. Coordinate with other departments to resolve stock or order discrepancies. Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet demand. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations. Implement best practices and support continuous improvement projects. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards promptly. Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting. Forklift certification (preferred).
