But this is just the beginningJoining tonies means becoming part of an innovative, fast-growing company dedicated to shaping the future of play, learning, and imagination.What we are looking for:Proven hands-on experience managing paid performance marketing campaigns, either agency-side or in-house, with a strong background in Meta and Google Ads.Experience managing and allocating digital marketing budgets effectively.A strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data sets and identify trends that inform decision-making.Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics and how they influence overall campaign success.A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A track record of continuous testing, learning, and optimising campaigns to improve results.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with creative, data, and product teams to drive marketing and business goals.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and performance goals.Your tasks and responsibilities will include:Oversee and execute UK & ANZ paid digital campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring optimal performance and budget efficiency.Continuously track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine targeting, creative strategy, and landing page experience.Work closely with creative teams and external agencies to produce ‘best in class’, performance-focused creative.Dive deep into performance data to understand what’s driving growth and identify opportunities for optimisation.Create and maintain testing roadmaps to enhance marketing efficiency and long-term strategy.Work cross-functionally with the global paid teams across the US, Germany, and France to exchange insights and best practices for continuous improvement.Work with local stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, creative execution, and budget pacing.Why tonies?Flexibility – Hybrid working with two days in the London office, up to 30 days working abroad, and Summer Hours (June-August).Time Away – 30 days annual leave + bank holidays, 3 Wellbeing Days, paid sick leave, bereavement leave, volunteering day plus bank holiday swaps and more.Health & Wellbeing – Private medical insurance via Vitality, mental health support with our Employee Assistance Program, life assurance (4x salary), free Calm subscription, Specsavers eye test voucher, lunch on Tasty Tuesday and more.Financial & Career Growth – Competitive salary, pension match up to 4%, £200 learning & development budget, and Babbel subscription.Family & Lifestyle Perks – Enhanced maternity & paternity leave, Tonies gifts for major life events, and exclusive staff discounts.Equity and Diversity: At tonies, we’re passionate about sparking imagination and joy in childhood—and that same energy drives how we build our team.
