Locație: UK – London – New Oxford StreetData postării: Dec 8 2025In this role as Executive Assistant, you will provide first class executive administrative and secretarial support to the SVP, Company Secretary, who reports to GSK’s Chair, Sir Jonathan Symonds, and you will assist with Board arrangements for the Non-Executive Directors as required. You will work closely with the Secretariat Team managers to ensure smooth running of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesFull proactive diary management of the SVP, Company Secretary’s diary including where appropriate, the collation of relevant papers, organisation of travel and preparation of a detailed itinerary in advance of trips.Ensure that those individuals who contribute to the Company Secretary’s reports and written work meet their deadlines.Communicate in writing decisions or actions reached at meetings on behalf of the Company Secretary.Build strong relationships with GSK’s Executive and Non-Executive Directors, GLT members, Senior Executives and their team to ensure that day-to-day interactions at the most senior level of GSK work smoothly.Co‑ordinate with the Assistant Secretary – Plc & Shareholder Services the arrangements for GSK’s AGM.Assist the Company Secretary generally in the smooth running of the department.Manage the Executive Assistant - Board Support.Manage the day-to-day running of the Board Portal and support other users within the company as and when required.Qualifications and SkillsWe are looking for professionals with these required skills and experiences to achieve our goals:Significant previous experience in an EA role, supporting one or more senior executives (VP level or above).Demonstrated experience of dealing with confidential information.Excellent understanding of administrative processes.Awareness of inter-functional relationships with other departments.High level of knowledge and skill in use of e‑mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Fast and accurate typing skills, shorthand desirable.Demonstrated team working ability, approachable at all times.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to project a competent and professional image of the department to internal and external stakeholders.Excellent planning and organising skills and ability to prioritise work.Able to manage diverse routine and ad‑hoc administrative projects simultaneously using creativity and independent judgment.Proven ability to exercise judgment and act proactively and independently in absence of Line Manager.Positive approach to tasks and a ‘can‑do’ attitude with a proven ability to think ahead and take initiative.Able to make decisions outside of standard processes with the support of Line Manager.Resilient individual who thrives working in a fast paced and changing environment.Closing Date for Applications – 15 December 2025 (COB)Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
