You want the responsibility of ensuring exceptional project delivery.We are working with a medical, biopharma consultancy who are looking to bring in a Client Services Manager, to work closely with the Head of Client Services to manage client relationships, guarantee client satisfaction, and generate new projects. Your work will be dynamic, strategic, and will level-up the small and rapidly growing consultancy.As a member of a small, high-performance team you will have the influence, autonomy, and impact to help build the consultancy’s Client Services department. You will influence processes, systems, and strategic direction.
