Overview The Senior Data Management Analyst is a significant central role in supporting UCLHs strategic and operational use of data throughout the organisation. You will be working as part of an agile team with a core focus on activity, income and workforce data models, and the integration of new datasets into our data warehouse systems. We are looking for an individual who has in-depth knowledge and experience of the day-to‑day business of a teaching hospital and will work effectively with clinical, operational, finance, transformation, ICT, and other teams. Qualifications Expert technical skills (SQL, EPIC Reporting Stack, R) innate problem‑solving skills detailed understanding of NHS Data Dictionary, Payment by Results and other commissioning options a significant experience with a broad set of NHS datasets (income, workforce, outpatient, inpatients, imaging, diagnostics, theatres, pharmacy, pathology, RTT, modelling, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, maternity, commissioning, etc.) excellent communication skills stakeholder management, requirements gathering and specification design Please note if you are shortlisted for interview as part of the interview process you will be required to complete a short test.
