About the role : We’re seeking a Development Underwriter to lead Zurich’s new business drive in the Property and Casualty (P&C) sector. In this strategic, growth-focused role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, securing, and underwriting new opportunities, helping Zurich strengthen its position in the mid‑market. Your impact : Proactively source, develop, and secure new Property and Casualty business, expanding Zurich’s portfolio and market share. Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry partners to unlock new opportunities and raise Zurich’s profile. Lead the underwriting of complex and high‑value P&C risks, delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of new and prospective clients. Monitor and analyse market trends and regulatory changes, using your insights to target untapped segments and shape winning business strategies.
