Breakfast Club Playwork Childcare Supervisor – Chessington Company: KOOSA Kids Location: Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2RN. Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay. Job Type: Part Time, Term Time Only. Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30 am – 8.50 am. Closing Date: 17 December 2025. Role Overview We are recruiting for a Breakfast Club Childcare Supervisor at our NEW after‑school club at Lovelace Primary School in Chessington – opening anticipated in February 2026. This part‑time, term‑time role involves managing the day‑to‑day operations of the club, caring for children aged 4‑11 and supervising assistants. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the club. Look after children aged 4‑11. Supervise assistants. Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards. Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care. Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN Requirements Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in childcare, early years or playwork. A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential. Experience working in a Primary School, Pre‑School or Nursery (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Manager or Assistant).
