Regional Manager Job: Regional Retail Manager (Regional Sales Executive) Salary: Up to £34,000 basic depending on performance | Year one OTE £70,000 Bonus: Fantastic bonus based on company performance. Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved. Responsibilities As a Regional Retail Manager with WBAC you will optimise regional purchase objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees within the area; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.
