We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on deep-diving into user activation, retention, and behavior data to uncover actionable insights that will drive product decisions and optimise user engagement. Join us to revolutionize education with AIAbout usAt Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join us We are a global small team of 40 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.We can hire across EuropeYour days will be filled with:Hacking growth (activation funnel analysis: from UA to Subscription)Metrics, dashboards, A/B testsGenerating actionable insights to boost the OMTM PyramidHelp the product teams design, run, and analyze experiments to optimize for key metricsConduct thorough data research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issuesMaking sure the data is clean and all new launches are well-covered with eventsOwn the list of events, their parameters, and quality, ensuring comprehensive and accurate trackingYou would be a great fit for the role if:Sufficient hands-on experience in optimizing consumer app metricsProduct-related experience requiredHigh level of proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker)Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualizationStrong experience with A/B testing and experimental designExcellent communication and collaboration skills, high energy, proactivity, and willingness to work hardAbility to make assumptions and generate actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracyWhy should you join Praktika?We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it.
