Senior Account Executive (EMEA) Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to play a critical role in supporting their operations across the EMEA (UK/EU/Middle East). They also open for candidates with less experience as Account Executive. Help the team managing new hotel openings, handling complex product quotes, overseeing distributor relationships, and delivering exceptional, solution‑oriented customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end process for new hotel openings across the EMEA region. Coordinate account setup, credit limits, and product delivery to meet critical opening timelines. Hand over stabilized accounts to the designated account management team. Conduct proactive check‑ins with client properties to ensure service excellence. Promptly address and resolve service issues and feedback. Maintain strong, continuous communication with properties and the client's head office. Prepare and manage standard and complex custom product quotes. Ensure product compliance with regional import regulations and coordinate inspections. Develop P&L analyses and pro‑forma invoices, collaborating with export teams for timely delivery. Oversee and analyze monthly stock and sales reports from key regional distributors. Validate data, address discrepancies, and manage price adjustments in response to exchange rate fluctuations. Maintain and update key client systems with accurate product data, pricing, and order forms. Organize sample dispatches and promotional campaigns to drive business growth. Provide ad‑hoc reporting and support to the central client management team. Act as a vital liaison between internal teams, our client's properties, and regional distributors to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional account management, client services, or hotel operations. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive (1.5‑year contract role). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proven track record of managing complex accounts and distributor relationships. Experience within the hospitality sector, particularly with consumables, is highly preferred. Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Fluency in English is essential; additional regional languages are a significant advantage.
