Senior Document Controller / Information Manager (Wastewater Treatment Projects) is an exciting role that will operate from our Reading office as well as on-site at various projects. Responsibilities Maintain efficient information management processes and track all incoming and outgoing project documentation in a cloud‑based document management system. Ensure all documents meet the company’s quality standards and project requirements. Distribute information to relevant stakeholders on time. Manage document revisions and keep the most current versions available. Archive project documents in accordance with retention policies. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and company standards. Build and maintain the CDE for digital project delivery. Maintain data integrity, accuracy, completeness and consistency. Facilitate collaboration among project teams and manage information workflows. Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and best practice digital processes. Generate reports on document control and BIM information management activities for senior management and stakeholders. Develop and implement efficient information review and approval workflows. Coordinate and manage the information management review process, ensuring timely feedback and approvals. Assign access permissions within the CDE, ensuring data security and compliance. Monitor and ensure compliance with CDE data management policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information management, construction management, engineering or a related field is desirable. Experience: Minimum of three years in document control, with at least one year in BIM project environments. Proficiency in document control software (e.g., BIM 360/ACC, ProjectWise, Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint) and BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of digital/BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is desired but not essential. Benefits Opportunity to join an ambitious and growing organisation.
