We are currently recruiting for a Building Services and Operations Administrator to support the wider function. This role will be based across Central office & Site. Key responsibilities: Typically the candidate will be expected to undertake and assist with the following duties: Support the Head of Building Services with calendar management, mailbox management and administration support. Assisting with the set up and facilitation of internal & external meetings. Assist Building Services and associated teams (Utilities, DMS and Fleet & Plant) with administrative support and preparing required presentations. Attending function related meetings, monitoring team tasks, taking notes & tracking actions, issuing prompts/reminders and summarising responses. Issuing minutes as required. Management of the Building Services documents folder and continually assist documentation updates as required, including ISO requirements. Support development and compiling of reports, presentations and communications to a high standard for internal and external use, taking the lead as necessary to meet deadlines. Support with the organisation of team events. Support the compiling and transfer of information/documents/reports to various teams within the business with the support of team members. Ad hoc administration support to Building Services, Utilities, DMS and F&P teams. The candidate: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a challenging administrative role in a fast‑paced environment. Have strong IT skills with competency across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Ability to communicate at all levels across functional departments. A strong ability to multi‑task and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment where relationships, organisation, and a high attention to detail is required. A flexible approach to supporting the team improvement. Self‑motivated team player, but with the ability to work on one’s own initiative. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
