As an Assistant Marketing and Campaigns Optimisation Manager in our brand-new Customer Experience team, you’ll play a big part in making sure our campaigns hit the mark. In this role, you’ll put data at the heart of your decision-making, helping us to target the right people with the right messages. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll make sure our content connects with customers and serves their needs. Why this role matters We’re building something big at Co-op Wholesale. What you’ll do Use data to develop and deliver segmentation and targeting strategies that improve marketing campaign performance Analyse customer behaviour, engagement, and commercial outcomes to optimise how and where we market Work with commercial, insights, digital, and central operations teams to align campaign strategy Review CRM data and onboarding flows to make sure segmentation is accurate Track campaign performance and spot opportunities to improve Help plan and deliver marketing and communications campaigns that drive engagement Champion data-led decision-making across the Customer Experience team What you’ll bring Experience in marketing performance analysis, CRM, or campaign optimisation A background in customer segmentation and targeting in a B2B environment Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights A good understanding of customer insight and how it shapes marketing decision-making Why Co-op?
