Project Manager (High End Residential) | Perm | North LondonSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 + packageLocation: LondonI have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a high end residential building contractor on a permanent basis, working on a high end residential project in North London.The company have been around since the 1980’s, initially carrying out small extensions and alterations within the high end residential sector. Over the years they have continuously evolved, and are one of the most reputable builders in the high end residential sector carrying out prestigious projects to the highest quality.They carry out new build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions and alterations throughout London and the surrounding areas. Regardless of the project, the aim remains the same; to exceed their clients’ high expectations. Client focus and an uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of their business.They are looking for a Project Manager to work on a prestigious new build project in North London which is due to start soon. The project is a 2 year programme, comprising a large basement car park, commercial space on the ground floor, and 41 luxury apartments on the floors above.
