As a Senior Paralegal you’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one—leading on transactions and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.ResponsibilitiesYou will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related to real estate or commercial property.Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior paralegals.Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk.Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards.Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management.Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.What will help you succeed in this role?Previous experience handling a real estate or commercial property related caseload.Ability to support team members of various levels.Excellent analytical skills.A proactive, solution‑focused approach to problem solving.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Able to draft and proofread legal documents with high attention to detail.Background in Real Estate would be ideal.What we offer?We are an equal opportunities employer that celebrates diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
