Senior Paralegal / Litigation Executive Motor Manchester
Are you an experienced Senior Paralegal / Litigation professional with a passion for the motor sector?
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Paralegal /Senior Litigation Executive to join our dynamic team
As a Senior Paralegal / Litigation Executive, you will take the lead on managing motor-related claims, guiding cases from initial contact through to resolution. Your expertise will help us navigate complex legal challenges, negotiate effectively, and secure the best outcomes for our clients.
The role holder will deal with fully litigated small claims/fast track case load of files and assist other Fee Earners as and when required.
To ensure that clients are confident that their legal affairs are dealt with in a business-like and competent manner and to ensure the efficient operation of the firm.
Your role includes drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and managing cases from start to finish efficiently and cost-effectively. You'll ensure compliance with legal standards, SLAs, and firm procedures while maintaining excellent time management and organisational skills.
All our training contracts and solicitor apprenticeships are offered internally and are not met with competition from outside of the firm.
To excel in this role, you will have at least 12 months experience in handling litigated claims; Familiarity with medical reports is a plus.
You should be client-focused, organised, and able to meet billing targets while providing excellent client care. If you’re proactive, flexible, and committed to delivering quality work, we’d love to hear from you
