Senior Paralegal - Sales & Home Ownership

Location: Manchester

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000

Experience required: Paralegal 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team, specializing in sales and home ownership matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales & Home Ownership Matters:
    • Handling shared ownership transactions
    • Managing open market sales
    • Processing interim and final staircasing
    • Preparing licence to assign applications
    • Conducting mortgagee in possession sales
  • Conveyancing Support:
    • Assisting with property acquisitions
    • Supporting complex sales processes
    • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
    • Conducting thorough property searches
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Providing clear and timely communication
    • Supporting Registered Providers and Developers
    • Managing client expectations
    • Maintaining high standards of client service
    • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Professional Development and Teamwork:
    • Supporting team objectives
    • Contributing to departmental efficiency
    • Participating in continuous learning
    • Staying updated on housing sector developments
    • Maintaining professional standards

  • Senior Paralegal with significant experience in:
    • Residential property transactions
    • Sales and home ownership matters
    • Conveyancing processes
  • Strong academic background in legal support

  • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions
  • Proficiency in:
    • Legal documentation preparation
