PSHE & Curriculum Partnerships Manager Office-Based | Full-Time | UK travel flexibility required Are you ready to take everything you’ve learned in schools and bring it into a role where you can influence change on a bigger scale? Are you a natural networker - confident, outgoing, and energized by connecting with people? Do you care deeply about the real issues affecting today’s pupils and the educators supporting them? If you’re passionate about shaping curriculum conversations, training educators, and becoming a key representative for a fast-growing education programme… this could be the next step you’ve been waiting for. Who We Are Unbottled is Milk Education’s national school speaker and training programme created to add value to schools based on the ever‑changing environments and topics schools deal with in the day‑to‑day, from the real challenges happening in our classrooms, corridors, and communities. We tackle the issues shaping education today: misogyny, anti‑racism, community harm, online safety, peer dynamics, trauma, and the everyday experiences young people are navigating. It’s a movement—a long‑term, whole‑school approach rooted in truth, lived experience, and trauma‑informed practice. And we’re expanding rapidly. We need a relationship‑builder ready to help grow our presence across MATs, trusts, and school networks nationwide. The Role: PSHE & Curriculum Partnerships Manager This role is perfect for someone transitioning out of a school environment and into a more strategic, office‑based position—while keeping your passion for PSHE, safeguarding, and pupil development at the core. You’ll work directly with MATs, trusts, and school leaders to champion the Unbottled programme, support curriculum development, and strengthen our partnerships. You’ll also support digital rollouts, help shape new curriculum projects, and represent Unbottled at key events and networks. What You’ll Be Doing Building and managing strong relationships with schools, MATs, and trusts Positioning Unbottled as the leading partner for PSHE, safeguarding, and culture change Supporting curriculum and PSHE strategy across partner schools Leading the rollout and adoption of our LMS and educator training systems Representing Unbottled at events and building sector visibility Acting as an expert voice on lived experience‑led topics Working with internal teams to deliver impactful programmes across the UK Helping grow a national community of staff and leaders advocating for real change Who We’re Looking For You may have classroom, pastoral, safeguarding, or curriculum experience—but what matters most is your passion, credibility, and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A natural networker with strong relationship‑building skills Confident and credible with senior leaders Passionate about PSHE, safeguarding, and social issues affecting young people Looking to step into a strategic, outward‑facing education role Knowledgeable about how schools, MATs, and trusts operate Motivated by supporting student development and improving whole‑school culture Background in EdTech, digital learning, or LMS rollout (not essential but will make you stand out) Experience in sales, outreach, or business development Relationship management experience at MAT/trust leadership level Strong understanding of lived experience topics shaping schools today (misogyny, anti‑racism, trauma, county lines, online harms, etc.) Why Join Us? Be part of a powerful, purpose‑driven movement in education Shape PSHE and curriculum strategy across entire school networks Work in a supportive, progressive team with big ambitions Blend strategy, partnership work, curriculum focus, and innovation Office‑based role with clear opportunities to grow (WFH days included) Ready to Make an Impact Beyond One School? If you want to drive sector‑wide change, empower educators, and support pupils through the real challenges of modern life—this is your opportunity. Apply now and help lead the future of Unbottled. #J-18808-Ljbffr
