To further their expansion they require an Account Executive to sell additional service and products into existing accounts. They are offering: Annual salary of £27,000 - £28,000, plus £5,000 - £9,000 in bonuses Company events to foster team spirit Company pension scheme Employee discounts and 30 days holiday Office based in Solihull - hours are Monday to Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2 The Role As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer relationships. Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional products and services Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems Follow structured sales processes for consistent results Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities The Candidate The ideal Account Executive will have the following skills and experience: Excellent telephone manner and confidence in engaging customers Strong organisational skills for managing a busy workload High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping Proficiency in MS Office and PC literacy Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working to targets Ability to understand products and communicate value clearlyPositive with a willingness to learn and develop Previous phone-based account management or sales experience If you have experience or interest in roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Account Manager, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or Client Relationship Manager, this Account Executive position could be the perfect fit for you.
