Senior Scrum Master Stratacent is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and Agile evangelist who can guide multiple Scrum teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). Coach and mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices. Remove impediments and foster a high‑performing, self‑organizing team environment. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive transparency and improvement. Lead Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the scaling of Agile practices across the organization (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus frameworks). Act as a change agent to promote Agile values and principles across departments. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams. Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A‑CSM), or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master. Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills. Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Agile coaching or enterprise‑level Agile transformation. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare). PMP, PMI‑ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
