In this role, you will update clients with timely, relevant information and assist our Personal Tax Team with various tasks, such as liaising with HMRC, completing documents, and gathering client information. You’ll also support the Admin Team with ad hoc tasks, especially during absences, to help keep operations running smoothly and increase efficiency.We’re looking for someone eager to learn new skills and take responsibility for their development. You’ll follow a structured training plan, demonstrating a proactive approach and completing all training to the required standards within set timelines. Adaptability is key, as you will handle a variety of tasks and prioritize your workload across different areas of the business. Experience in tax isn’t required – we’re interested in your potential and dedication to delivering excellent service. This role offers great growth potential: within three years, you could progress to become a RIFT qualified Personal Tax Consultant.Working hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility around one evening shift per week.Our CultureAt RIFT, we’re more than just a company – we’re a community driven by a shared passion for delivering exceptional service.
