What to Expect We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a commercially critical role, directly supporting revenue growth by driving adoption, retention, and upsell across our customer base. You’ll design and deliver programmes that increase customer value, surface expansion opportunities, and help Sales and Customer Success teams hit renewal and upsell targets. From advocacy campaigns and reference programmes to customer events and product communications, you’ll make sure our customers are not just satisfied but actively growing with Amplience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a customer marketing strategy focused on adoption, retention, and expansion. Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify upsell opportunities and build targeted campaigns that accelerate growth. Build strong advocacy with customer references, case studies, and success stories that directly support new business and expansion deals. Lead customer communications and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring customers are fully informed and engaged with the platform. Drive participation in Amplience customer community and advisory programmes, creating champions who influence revenue opportunities. Track and report on customer marketing impact against revenue goals, including renewals, upsell pipeline, and influenced revenue. What You'll Bring (Skills, Experience & Mindset) Proven track record in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with clear revenue impact. Experience in e-commerce welcome but not required. Strong commercial acumen and experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams. Skilled in developing content that supports pipeline creation and deal progression and using mar tech (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Monday.com all a must) Excellent communicator, confident in building relationships with senior stakeholders inside customer organisations. Highly organised, results-driven, and motivated by measurable business outcomes.
