If you're eager to take clients on a journey and help transform field service businesses for the better, you’ll be at home at Commusoft.We are looking for…A hands‑on Customer Marketing Manageras a strategic Individual Contributor (IC), reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll be the primary driver of post‑sale revenue growth and deep customer engagement in our SMB B2B SaaS environment. Your core focus will be Product‑Led Growth (PLG), upsell/cross‑sell initiatives, and ownership of key client engagements such as Connect and Preview. You need manager‑level accountability, budget skills, and proven experience collaborating across departments.What you'll do:Your role is to proactively engage existing clients to drive revenue and advocacy through targeted campaigns and major events.Own PLG & Expansion: Design, execute, and measure all campaigns focused on Product‑Led Growth (PLG) strategies, upselling existing clients to new features/add‑ons, and cross‑selling solutions.Client Engagement Ownership: Directly manage and deploy all outbound customer engagement marketing initiatives, including:Connect and Preview: Full end‑to‑end ownership (logistics, venue, promotion, follow‑up conversion strategy).Campaign Delivery: Executing targeted webinars, in‑app messaging Beamer posts, and multi‑touch sequences for expansion.Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary marketing liaison, collaborating closely with Product Marketing (for value props), Content Marketing (for assets & testimonials), and Demand Generation to align promotional cadence for owned campaigns.Adoption Support: Work with the Client Success and Knowledge teams to promote their adoption campaigns, providing the necessary assets and execution channels.Leadership & Finance: Directly support the Head of Marketing by communicating execution plans, monitoring success metrics, managing the associated budget (creation, adherence, monitoring), and presenting findings/recommendations to leadership.Your skills, experience and values:Extensive experience in Customer Marketing role focused on adoption/upsell in an B2B environmentMarketing Automation & Execution:HubSpot Expertise: Strong, hands‑on experience building and managing complex multi‑step email journeys and reporting within HubSpot.In‑App Messaging: Proven ability to segment and deploy communication via in‑app messaging tools (or similar platforms like Userflow).Customer Comms: Direct experience managing customer announcements and lifecycle communications via tools like Beamer.Event Management: Proven capability to manage the full logistics cycle for both in‑person client events (venue sourcing, catering, attendance driving) and online events (managing technical execution for webinars).Expansion Expertise: Demonstrated success using specific campaign tactics or tools designed to facilitate upsell and cross‑sell conversions.Coordination & Ownership: Exceptional ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects and drive results as a self‑sufficient Individual Contributor.Data & Financial Literacy: Comfortable analysing campaign metrics and managing a marketing budget responsibly.Salary &BenefitsThe base salary is £42-45,000 per year.The other elements of your compensation include: 23 days off (increase with tenure) plus the UK bank holidays, £50 monthly gym contribution, pension contribution, a MacBook Air, remote working over Christmas and during the summer period, up to 5 days holiday‑buy‑in‑scheme, drinks and snacks provided at our new modern workspace next to Elephant & Castle underground station.And you’d probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (10 days a month in the office minimum) but it is an open door so feel free to come in more if you'd like Please note that for the first month you will be required to come in full‑time 8.30am‑5.30pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
