With integrations across all major accounting software and over 11,500 financial sources, we're proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the accounting space.RoleAs our Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the customer journey of Dext Accounting Partners from adoption to advocacy. With a specific focus on driving upsell revenue, you'll design and execute global programs that drive expansion and retention, help Partners extract maximum value from Dext and build a network of champions - all while working cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Success, Product and BI.Drive deeper engagement with our existing customers so they adopt and use more of Dext's features.Partner with BI team to identify upsell opportunities and design and execute campaigns to capitalise on them and drive incremental upsell revenue.Partner with Pricing team to identify offers and incentives to drive adoption & upsell revenue.Collaborate with regional GMs and Field Marketing to align on campaign plans and execution.Manage the Dext Partner Program to ensure it supports our upsell, adoption and retention goals.Grow customer advocacy: turn our most successful users into vocal champions.Success MeasuresGrowth in upsell / cross-sell revenueIncreased feature adoption and product usage metricsImproved retention (e.g., renewal rates) and lower churnNumber and quality of customer advocacy assets (case studies, references)Review site momentum - more reviews, higher ratingsRequirementsStrong demand generation and lifecycle marketing experience, especially in SaaSExcellent written and verbal communication - you can turn complex product features into customer value storiesProficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and in-app messaging tools (Intercom, or similar)Deep customer empathy - you understand what makes accountancy and bookkeeping pros tickAnalytical mindset - you're comfortable working with customer usage data, segmentation, and dashboardsCollaborative: experience working cross-functionally (CS, Product, Sales)Project management: able to run multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Dext?Be part of a fast-scaling fintech changing how accountants and small businesses operateWork with cutting-edge AI and data automation technologyCollaborate with a mission-driven, customer-obsessed teamFlexible working model: remote-first with opportunities for in-office connectionCompetitive compensation + benefits and a culture that values bravery, excellence, and togethernessIf you're passionate about helping customers succeed, turning users into advocates, and building scalable marketing programs - we'd love to hear from you.
